Description
40NiCrMo7 is widely used in European marketplace such as those American. It stands out for great hardenabilty and excellent fatigue strenght. It is usually supplied in hot rolled or forged and turned bars. Thanks to its hardenability, it is frequently used to produce large-scale components subject to harsh conditions, such as axles for hydroelectric turbines. It is employed also to realize highest resistance bolts and nuts.
